Will ship when available, you will be notified of items discontinued or if we are experiencing unusual delays.
Claims for damaged cartons, products damaged or missing due to shipping, must be made with the carrier upon delivery. Original shipping cartons may be required for inspection by the carrier. Products may be combined to reduce shipping charges. Report any shortages or shipping errors within 7 days of receipt.
We accept any size order. Only minimum is by case quantity, we do not break cases.

We will not share your information.
All returns require prior authorization. Returns without authorization may be refused. No returns after 30 days. No returns on seasonal or custom orders. Returns not due to vendor error are subject to all round trip shipping charges plus 20% restocking/repacking fee.
Most orders ship within 48 hours, via UPS or FedEx ground, FOB our locations. Orders requiring special shipping instructions or air shipping must be placed by phone. Freight charges on online orders are calculated upon entering your order based on weights and shipping locations. In the event actual charges differ, you will be contacted prior to shipping & we reserve the right to refuse any order. Freight charges on orders placed by phone, fax, or email are calculated after your order is pulled, packed and processed for shipping. Currently we do not ship outside of the U.S.A.
Place orders by phone. Custom printing is available on most items. Custom shaped bags including shrink bags & floral sleeves are available.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards, as payment. Net 30 terms are available to customers with established accounts. Invoices over 60 days will incur a service charge of 1.5% per month on unpaid balances. A $35 charge will be assessed on all returned checks. Credit card payments are not accepted on custom or special orders over $2000, or volume discounts.
Hair dryers are not hot enough, an industrial grade heat gun in required. Working on a turntable allows for quick & uniform shrinking. To choose the best size bag, use a flexible tape measure: Circumference of the basket + 10%, divide by 2 = the width of the bag required.
